Can we think this one through
Apparently I am my own enemy

Or where I may find remedy

Can anyone rescue the forgotten
Apparently I can’t do it dependably
I just don’t know where to look
Or where I may find clarity

Can we move on to the distinguished
Apparently I disrespect accidentally
I just don’t know where I am
Or where I may find simplicity
